During your free home walk-thru, you'll meet your handyperson and review the items on your to-do list. We’ll be upfront about what can be completed by One Call, and where we'll have to coordinate a specialist.
You'll get a great sense of the value you'd receive from One Call. There is no obligation or credit card required.
After your walk-thru, if you'd like to join, you’ll upload your tasks to the online portal and schedule your first handyman visit.

You can cancel your membership at any time without penalty.
For annual memberships paid upfront: We'll refund you your original yearly payment less the monthly rate for each month you've been a member.
For monthly memberships: you simply will not be renewed for the following month.

We have a team of trusted technicians who perform monthly maintenance.
Once you get a dwell well membership with One Call, we’ll assign a technician and a monthly time slot based on your preference.
The same technician will come each month on the same day, at the same time (e.g. 2nd friday of the month at 1pm).

With a Dwell Well membership, you'll be paired with a handyman who visits your home for 3 hours (every month, or every other month based on the membership chosen). The last 15 minutes of each visit are dedicated to cleaning up and documenting tasks.
Your handyman will tackle your to-do list, perform proactive maintenance checks to keep your home in top shape, and offer helpful suggestions to optimize your home's functionality.
Your membership fees cover handyman labor for your regular visits. No hidden fees! We offer both annual and monthly plans to fit your budget
For bigger jobs, that can’t be done during regular visits, get priority access to scheduling your handyman at a discounted hourly rate.

What kind of tasks can your handymen and handywomen complete?
Our skilled team tackles a wide range of tasks around your house, focusing on:
Furniture assembly, drywall repair, painting, hanging artwork/mirrors/TVs, caulking and grout, dryer vent cleaning, door adjustment, fence repair and more!
Minor electrical and plumbing: leaky faucets, light fixture installations, or replacing outlets (within licensure limitations).
We prioritize completing tasks independently, ensuring a smooth experience.
For more complex jobs requiring a licensed electrician, plumber, or other specialist, we've got you covered! We'll connect you to a trusted vendor and coordinate the process. (You'll be responsible for the additional cost of their service.)

That’s up to you! Many of our customers provide us with keys or garage codes so we can get in when they’re not home. This allows us to deal with problems without disrupting your busy schedule.

Our standard visits are perfect for most tasks, but we understand larger projects require flexibility.
With a Dwell Well membership, We can apply your monthly service hours towards larger handyman projects.
Need a specialist or a bigger project? We can connect you with trusted contractors who excel in renovation and specialty work. We'll coordinate meetings and advocate for your needs, leveraging our knowledge of your home to find the perfect fit.

Need a Specialist? For larger jobs requiring a plumber, electrician, or other tradespeople. We can source trusted vendors and coordinate the process for you.
Please note that the cost of these specialty services will be passed on to you.

For big jobs that require a specialist, One Call can source vendors and manage the process for you.
The cost of the specialty vendor will be billed to you with no mark ups. We’ll provide you with quotes, and upon your approval will help coordinate a visit from the vendor.

Your handyman will come prepared with basic parts needed for everyday tasks (screws, caulking, lightbulbs, picture hanging etc).
For larger parts or materials you have the option of purchasing those yourself or having us purchase these on your behalf. We add a $15 shopping fee to cover the cost of researching and purchasing parts. This fee is fixed and charged per visit requiring parts (not per part).
For parts more than $100, we will also ask for approval to purchase.

Repairs that fit within your visit duration and can be performed by your handyman are included in the monthly cost.
For larger projects, we will coordinate with specialized service providers and provide an estimate for your approval prior to doing any additional work.

We have 1 million dollar liability insurance coverage in the event an accident occurred on your property.
